A Changed Life

 https://static.pexels.com/photos/3331/meadow-spring-dandelion.jpg

Would you like to have your life changed? As a Born Again Believer, we have the Holy Spirit present in us to fill us with all the fullness of God. This is the key to walking in Serenity.

We fall to our knees and pray to our Father God, the Creator of everything in Heaven and on earth. We pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources that He will empower us with inner strength through His Spirit.

This allows Jesus Christ to make His home in our heart as we totally trust in Him. Our roots grow deeper in God's love and this keeps us strong in body, soul and spirit.

We empty our self of the inner clutter caused by our overly committed lives. We can journal until we are totally void of self and totally filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:14).

He gives us the power to understand the root of the issues in our life as well as the wisdom of His Word. We bask in the width, length, depth and heights of His love for us.

We experience the love of Christ, although it is hard for us to fathom how He can love us so completely and deeply, even in the minutest details of our life.

God fills our spirit and soul to the brim with His life, wisdom and power. We can dwell in this inner sanctum within His divine presence in us all through the day.

We no longer feel the need to worry and stress over the issues in this world, because we are not really part of it any more. We are hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3).

Prayer:
Father God, our mind is quick to fill with worry and clutter with each sunrise. Thank You for helping us not to allow the pressures and distractions of this world to monopolize our attention. We no longer want to run full speed ahead all day long and then fall into bed at night too exhausted to spend time with You or in reading Your Word.

Yet, Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and we can learn to access them in Your presence within us. Draw us close to You and keep us in the center of Your will. Remove any Satanic strongholds that prevent us from growing in Your grace and keep us safely tucked under the shadow of Your wings until we come to spend eternity with You.

Thought for the Day:
At times the cacophony of life prevents us from hearing the voice of our beloved, Jesus Christ; but God wants to fill us through all of our being with all of His fullness, so that we can experience for our self the richest measure of His presence and become a body wholly filled with God Himself.

Sweeter than the Day Before

Clear Water Drops

When we put our faith in Jesus as our Savior, we stop living for our self and instead live to serve Him in unity and holiness. He gives us a new life, which is so much better than our loneliness and deprivation.

God's Word urges us to live a holy life worthy of His call on our life (Ephesians 4:1). Jesus sets us free from our former bondage to sin (Romans 6:22) and exhorts us to follow Him and to be conformed to His image (Romans 8:29).

We are a new creation and we forsake the meager existence we formerly experienced on this earth (2 Corinthians 5:17). He renews our mind and gives us the mind of Christ, which no longer depends on human reasoning (Romans 12:2).

God fills us with His presence and Spirit and draws us ever closer to His will and ways. He challenges us to give Him our bodies as a living sacrifice, which is holy and pleasing to Him (Romans 12:1).

Daily, we depend on God as we face the obstacles and discouragements of life. We love Him more today than we did the day before. We dedicate to Him our whole heart, soul, mind and strength (Mark 12:30).

His Spirit leads and guides us in His will, fills us with His fruit and gives us wisdom to face the questions and perplexities of our day (Galatians 5:22-23).

We take advantage of divine opportunities to share the love of Christ with everyone we meet. We never meet a stranger, but a potential friend and a possible fellow Believer.

We do not shy away from sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with others as God gives us opportunities; and they see the joy of the Lord in our life.

Prayer:
Father God, I trust in You, so never let me be put to shame by my relationship with You. Bow down Your ear to hear me, and deliver me in Your righteousness. From eternal damnation You save me.  You are my rock, my fortress and my refuge in which I dwell continually.

Deliver me from the ruthless, wicked, unrighteous people all around me. You are my hope, my trust and my confidence. You are my benefactor since I was 18 and You even knew me when You formed me in my mother's womb. I love and worship You today and always (Psalm 71).

Thought for the Day:
Walking in the center of God's will for us is the happiest place on earth; His love cascades over us like a waterfall and His grace, mercy and peace are available in every experience we encounter.

Union with Christ - Spiritual Rest and Victory

Very few people in these modern times abide in God's rest (Hebrews 4:10). We are too overcome by the stress of the multitude of activities that we allow to rule our life, by the consequences of our choices and by the people with whom we fellowship.

We lack discernment, will power and wisdom; we take on too many tasks at one time; and we spend too little time in God's presence, growing into a spiritually mature Saint (John 15:16; Ephesians 4:11-14).

Unless we grasp the fullness of our identity in Christ, we fall short of all that God wants to do in us and through us. We do not earn this divine life by our good works; it is a free gift which comes along with Salvation (Ephesians 2:8-20; 2 Peter 1:4).

Christianity is not a religion. It is an intimate union with the Lord of Hosts living His divine life in and through every authentic Believer (1 Corinthians 6:17).

As God Word strengthens us, we overcome this world and we also live victorious lives over the wiles of Satan (1 John 2:14). We scatter the darkness by turning on God's Light.

Deceiving thoughts flee at the mention of Jesus’ name. Satan cannot initiate anything in our life without God’s permission; and if we submit to God and resist the devil, he is obligated to flee from us (James 4:7).

Satan may try to distract us from serving God, but as we keep our mind on Christ, we remain in perfect rest and victory as His Holy Spirit leads us through each moment of the day (Isaiah 26:3; Philippians 4:7).

Prayer:
Father God, You gave all of Your spiritual blessings and everything pertaining to life and godliness to all of Your Saints in the past, to those present with us now, as well as those who will be born in the future (2 Peter 1:3; Ephesians 1:3; 1 Corinthians 2: 20-21). Your love flows to all of us through thousands of generations of those who love and serve You with our life (Deuteronomy 7:9; Exodus 20:6).

Remind us that You work Your power in us and You are able to do more in us and through us than we can ever imagine or accomplish for You on our own (1 Corinthians 1:24; Ephesians 3:16, 20; Colossians 1:11; 1 Peter 4:11). You give us an abundant supply of power for everything we need in order to sufficiently accomplish Your will for our life (2 Corinthians 3:5, 4:7, 9:8).

Thought for the Day:
We do not pound out a meager existence for our self in this life, but we live in the fulfillment of abundant life through Christ in us. - John 10:10
